Scalping Signal: a 0–100 gauge for gold
The Scalping Signal shows how stretched gold is on the 5-minute chart. It is the Stochastic oscillator (%K 5, slowing 3, high/low prices), the same reading many MT5 traders keep under their chart, turned into a gauge you can read at a glance.
| Gauge | Zone | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 10 or below | BUY | Gold is at the bottom of its recent range: stretched low. |
| 11 – 89 | Neutral | No extreme. The gauge says wait. |
| 90 or above | SELL | Gold is at the top of its recent range: stretched high. |
Sound alerts
When the gauge enters the BUY or SELL zone the app plays a chime (rising for BUY, falling for SELL), vibrates and shows a banner; in the background it sends a phone notification. Alerts are on by default and can be switched off in Profile. They re-arm only after the gauge moves clearly back to neutral, so you are not woken by every wobble around 10 or 90.
